This RRG Hot Mess Hammer is a very unique piece that develops the purple striping coloration as well as the purple and gold glitter colors on the tentacles tips. This piece was acquired from a high-end collector and has been in our system for almost two years. It has been growing well, yet while extremely healthy, does not have the deepest flesh band. This is potentially a wall hammer, which is likely why it does not grow a deeper flesh band like we see on our branching hammers and other Euphyllia.
