In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we request a picture of the coral within 2 hours of arrival. The corals must be unopened in the original bags. Pictures must be sent via email to sales@reefregeneration.com. If we confirm that the coral is dead, we will issue store credit, or replace the dead coral if available. Store credit does not cover shipping, only livestock, equipment and other miscellaneous items sold by Reef Regeneration. Reef Regeneration is not responsible for weather or mechanical delays. Reef Regeneration is not responsible for incorrect addresses. We take pride in our shipping abilities and will work to solve issues as quickly as possible.
